TERMS OF SERVICE

      These service specifications are formulated to standardize the product transaction service relationship between the platform and users, and to maintain a safe, orderly and standardized product trading environment. All users who participate in platform product transaction activities shall take the initiative to understand and fully recognize the contents of these terms before using relevant services.
      The platform provides users with open and transparent product selection and transaction channels. It always adheres to the service tenet of prioritizing user legitimate rights and interests, and tries its best to optimize service experience in every link of product consultation, selection and transaction. Users have the right to independently choose applicable product resources and voluntarily decide whether to complete transaction cooperation.
      During service use, users need to keep their personal usage credentials safe. All operations logged under personal usage credentials will be deemed as independent behaviors of users themselves. Users shall be fully responsible for all consequences arising from improper preservation of usage permissions or non-compliant personal operations.
      The platform will carry out daily supervision and management of internal service links to avoid abnormal service problems caused by human factors or objective factors. In case of service adjustment, function upgrade or link optimization, the platform will release relevant prompts in advance as far as possible to facilitate users to arrange subsequent service use arrangements reasonably.
      No party shall transfer or entrust the rights and obligations under these service terms to a third party without prior confirmation. Any unauthorized transfer behavior that violates service specifications will be deemed invalid, and the party causing the violation shall bear all corresponding adverse consequences.
